- 212 homeless adults had a safe place to live and the supportive services they needed
- 150 individuals - 77% of whom had been long term homeless - lived in our permanent supportive housing apartments
- 62 individuals lived in our transitional house
- 54 individuals were enrolled in education or training to improve their ability to get a job
- 21 individuals found or kept jobs in this challenging economy
- Residents of our transitional house were nourished with more than 8700 meals
- Residents of our house or tenants of our apartments scattered throughout the Twin Cities were provided with nearly 4000 bus passes to get to doctor's appointments, classes, support meetings and the grocery store.
This would not have been possible without the generous contributions of individuals, foundations, companies and faith-based organizations this past year.
